Thanks for being part of the Desolation Angel Radio family, where we support artists who don't get airplay on ClearChannel, and who don't pack stadiums, but instead work their asses off night after night in joints and at festivals, work two and three jobs and eat crappy meals, all to support their art and listen to their muse. Authentic, raw, real , down to the bone and close in the blood music filled with fierce passion. Go see some of these people, and buy their albums. Remember to find Desolation Angel Radio on Facebook and Like it. Share this podcast, on FB, on Twitter, on Google+, through email, however you can, but spread the word and gospel of the Desolation Angel - the one rule - take care of one another.
Remember the contest we run here. If you know someone who's done the right thing; checked on their elderly neighbor and made sure they were drinking water in this heat; bought the neighborhood kids whose folks have been out of work for 2 years some popsicles, left some water out for the animals in this drought - they've done the right thing, and done the things that makes them part of this family here. Let me know who they are, and I'll send them a Desolation Angel Radio postcard with a Thank You for them from you, and signed by me, and let them know they got caught doing the right thing.
Peace out,
The Desolation Angel
